Shipping and Returns
Shipping (Updated August 9, 2021, subject to change at any time)
For most of our products we provide USPS shipping in the USA. Shipping times vary depending on your location as well as external factors.
In general, products are shipped with USPS Insured Priority mail which promises 2-3 day delivery, extended to 3-4 days, due to COVID-19. Smaller bundles and other items may be shipped with USPS First-Class mail which has a 2-3 day commitment, extended to 3-4 days due to COVID-19.
When we receive an order we plan to transfer the package to USPS within 5 business days after the order is placed, though we aim for a shorter time than 5 days.
Due to external conditions, our shipping costs are always changing. Customers can expect a shipping rate of $4-$10 at checkout.

Returns & Refunds (Updated October 19, 2021, subject to change at any time)
Due to the nature of our products, items are sold "as is" and returns are not accepted. If the packaging arrives damaged, please notify email@example.com with photos. We will start a USPS insurance claim. Once the claim has been resolved, we can take further action. Please bring all questions to our attention within at most 30 days of your order, queries after this time we may not assist with.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items and Refunds (Updated Nov 5, subject to change at any time)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of our staff.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com. To be eligible for an exchange, please include photos with your email as well as photos of the packaging. Exchanges are sometimes not granted for sale items and will be granted at the customer service agent's discretion.
If a customer or wholesale customer has an outstanding charge, a paper invoice may be sent and the buyer will incur a variable service charge for late payments. A notice from firstname.lastname@example.org or another email address will be sent if this is the case.
